Team Version 1

Team History

Well Version 1 is a new team consisting of players from a very old clan (that is what they used to be called) DTT. DTT was D-Town Terrorists started back in beta 7 (1999- 2002) and consisted of about 40 members. Virus and SlimJim created the clan when they started playing Counter-Strike in beta. The Clan had about 10 members living in Michigan and the rest where all over the world. When 1.3 was released the team leaders had to put cs on hold for Jobs ( those dam jobs always getting in the way) and the clan started to die down. Virus still played with friends on pubs and still attended LAN events with some other of the michigan teams. But due to the Iraq war and terrorits being a real issue we decieded to change our name. And seeing we where one of the first 20 clans in cs. We decided to make our names Version1 as we were the first version of what people are now calling Teams.

About Version1

Team is now very small about 6 members. We dont want to be a large clan anymore it was and will be too hard to maintain a large team. Team leaders are PerfectlyInsane and Virus ( Brothers in real life) who want to start to compete again. We are waiting for Cevo season 5 Amature leauge to start. We are looking for players in the Michigan area for our LAN team also. We have a public server and a scrim server that we pay for. We dont charge team members any money. I pay for anything that the team uses: email, website, servers, programs, ect. We could use some strong players with or with out tournament experience. We play almost daily but we have practice once a week, and a match just about once a week.
